The Inaugural Meeting of the London NMR Forum was held at 5pm Thursday 7 June at the Crick, with three talks on the theme of Biomolecular Interactions:
- Tom Frenkiel (Crick): Chemical exchange and molecular interactions
- Janina Muench (King’s): A 19F NMR Approach to characterise SGTA C-terminus interactions with hydrophobic substrates.
- Chris Waudby (UCL): A practical demonstration of 2D lineshape analysis with NMR TITAN
The meeting was very well attended by researchers from across London and beyond, and was followed by discussions in a drinks reception kindly sponsored by Bruker.
The next meeting will be held on Thursday 28 June on the theme of Large Systems, and we encourage abstract submissions for short talk presentations. We would also appreciate feedback on the format of the meeting, and in particular would welcome volunteers from Kings and Imperial to join in the organisation of future meetings.
